behind the filter of already knowing.

“Be Here!” “Be Now!”
is an oft chanted mantra
that has the power . . . . .
. . . . .to obscure this precious only-moment
with ideas and concepts.

Smokescreens that deny
the transformative potential
of immediacy and intimacy
which invert the world on its head
and silence the relentless ticking of the clock.

There is no other moment.
There is no continuity.
This is not ‘one of many’ in a sequence.
“Just this” is all there is,
and all there ever has been.

Resting simply in Presence,
in Now-ness, is radical:
It untethers one completely.
One is outside space and time
Floating freely in and as “just-this”.

Do not pollute this precious infinite-eternal
with plans and memories, lists and tick-boxes.
They hold no value here
and tempt one back into linear time
and the illusion of control.

Unfolding in Presence is not time-based.
It expands inwards, outwards,
forwards and backwards,
all is included and embraced.
Flow is Stillness – and – Stillness is Flow.
