Sitting in stillness
while the storm rages,
it is so clear:
I am not here to impose my will.
.
Beware of subtle expectations,
they muddy the clarity of perception,
closing in the walls of infinity
to the already known.
.
Each moment carries wholeness,
shines with such-ness,
radiates intrinsic perfection,
whatever small-Me thinks about it.
.
There is an obligation for One
who has seen things just as they are.
One honours the gift
by fully embracing and accepting what is offered.
.
The gift that is offered is Flow.
Trust enables merging into unfolding Now,
as two become one,
and I lose my boundaries in the greater whole.
.
From this vantage point,
to impose my will is an act of aggression,
a show of arrogance
and a breaking of trust.
.
To the eyes of little-Me,
living from Flow appears as personal integrity.
To the eyes of Life itself,
It is abandonment to Divine Providence.
