Flowing

.

Life unfolding is Flow.

Giving up all resistance

and becoming one with Flow,

Time appears to stand still,

and awareness of time passing,

of time pressures,

of measuring time, dissolves.

There is all the time in the world

and Love and Care have room to breathe and flower.

.

When Time assumes its martial aspect,

there is never enough time,

saving time, not wasting time

becomes an urgency:

when the experience is of ‘racing against the clock’,

then you have separated out from Flow.

.

In that instant, you have defined yourself

as a fixed static entity, a Polaroid capture

that watches from the sidelines

as Flow passes you by,

always out-of-reach.

Time is hoarded for yourself

and there is no-time for anything else.

.

Simply lose interest in being someone,

in having an owned narrative,

and you will discover yourself back as Flow,

lost, all at sea

in the eternal Presence.

.

And in the strangest of paradoxes

Flow is experienced as rest,

stillness and peace,

and the struggle is over,

forever.

.

POST SCRIPT

Of course, there is a deeper Truth

that once realised, completely transcends (and includes)

all that is expressed above.

All is Flow.

Period!

‘Separating out’ is just an idea,

and no more possible

than believing pigs can fly.

It is all just Flow.

There is only ever Flow.

No resistance or surrender,

there is nothing other than Flow,

indivisible Wholeness as continuous change.
