No-One is denied a seat at the wedding banquet of The Beloved.
Every guest that turns up, invited or not, is welcome to enter,
and take a seat at the table.
.
Not One is left outside,
or denied nourishment from the table of The Beloved.
Even the self-appointed Master of Ceremonies itself (Ego)
Is embraced and seated and fed and watered.
.
Each has its story, its mood, its piece of the picture.
Create the space to hear, be the attentive listener,
but do not be absorbed by the compelling narrative
or distracted by the tale – be it woe or glory.
.
Each carries a wisdom but collectively
they create a Whole…..
A tapestry of all one’s parts
feasting together in the arms of The Beloved.
.
Inspired by a Sufi poem.
