.
From the perspective of pure awareness,
there is no fundamental perception of time passing.
There is simply the clear, open, undefined,
empty presence, immediate and core to experience,
with a deep knowing that this alone is ‘The Real’:
yet also aware of a superficial impression
of conventional, measured time ticking away,
intimately close, and simultaneously remote,
having no impact on the untouchable essence
of this pristine, brand-new moment
that is all that there ever is.
.
Resting in pure awareness, the world passes by,
like fragments of an interactive dream, internally consistent,
yet leaving no footprints upon eternity.
Attention is free to remain unattached in the infinite,
or to engage with the unfolding, as circumstances demand,
whilst ever aware that nothing is happening in the real.
There is no birth or death here,
they are dancing patterns playing out their moment
like movie characters projected and illuminated
by the clear, steady light of ‘Being beyond Form’,
welcomed, embraced and renounced in every instant.
